Vivian C.R. James is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, and program development. Vivian expertise in arts and culture organizations is reflected in the notable positions she has held at renowned institutions such as the Foundation for Art & Healing, the Montclair Art Museum, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and as the Executive Director of the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts. This extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing the arts and culture sector.
Vivian holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Historic Preservation from FIT State University of New York. Beyond her professional endeavors, Vivian is a resident of Hunterdon County and volunteers with Mocha Moms Hunterdon Co and the NAACP Hunterdon County.
